If you sell a biz opp offer or B2B...
You're going to want to read this
Most people don't want to make "6 figures".
They want what that does for them.
Pay off debt.
Spend weekends and evenings and holidays with their friends or family.
So on top of the fact claiming big numbers is very non-FTC compliant...
It's just frankly unbelievable for most people - especially if they're skeptical or jaded and have seen those types of claims before.
They want all the smaller life stuff that comes from those things.
Taking their wife or husband out to a nice dinner once a week without looking at the bill.
Showing up to their kids school in a new whip with all their kids friends going "whoaaaa nice car!!" and now being the "cool dad/mom"
Being free from a job that tells them what to do, where to do it, and how to do it.
They want comfort and security, especially with inflation and things seeming to get more expensive.
They want to stash funds away for their kids so after they're gone or if God forbid something happens to them, there's a comfortable nest egg leftover so their kids nor their spouse have to worry about money.
They want to put their kids in the best school possible.
And give them the life they maybe didn't have growing up.
They want to go to Olive Garden and not look at the price of appetizers (side note Olive Garden is the GOAT fuck you if you don't agree).
They want to feel like a productive member of society, like their life has meaning.
They want to make their community a better place.
They want to give back to those who gave to them.
Or in a similar way with their newfound time & money (think, if their youth local basketball program helped them find belonging, maybe they'll volunteer there or donate money).
The human spirit is an incredible thing - especially how much we want to do so we can give to others.
Don't mess it up by only focusing on how much money people can make.
Your audience deserves better than that.
So when you DO focus on what the high income does for them instead of just throwing around numbers and figures...
You're going to attract WAY better clients who stick around, do the work, cause less headaches, and re-sign again and again.
